Ingredients:
2 slices Trader Joe's Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia (or any focaccia bread)
4-6 slices deli turkey breast (Trader Joe's oven-roasted or smoked turkey works well) 
2 slices Provolone or Havarti cheese
1-2 tablespoons pesto (Trader Joe's Genovese Pesto or Vegan Kale, Cashew & Basil Pesto)
1-2 tablespoons mayonnaise (or aioli for extra flavor)
Handful of fresh arugula or spinach
Optional additions: thinly sliced red onion, roasted red peppers, sliced tomato 
Equipment:
Cutting board
Bread knife
Spatula or butter knife for spreading
Toaster oven or pan (if you want to warm the focaccia)
Instructions:
Step 1: Prepare the Focaccia
Take out two slices of Trader Joe's Sun-Dried Tomato Focaccia. If you like your focaccia warm and slightly crispy, you can lightly toast it in a toaster oven for a few minutes or warm it in a pan over medium heat until it's just warmed through and a little golden on the edges. Be careful not to over-toast, as focaccia can dry out easily.
