👩🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 350°F / 175°C
Grease a 9×13-inch baking pan.
2️⃣ Make the Cake Base:
In a bowl mix: cake mix + 1 egg + melted butter + vanilla
Press into the bottom of the pan (like a crust)
3️⃣ Make the Gooey Layer:
Beat cream cheese until smooth
Add pumpkin puree & mix well
Add eggs one at a time
Mix in powdered sugar + pumpkin spice + vanilla
Pour this smooth mixture over the cake layer
4️⃣ Bake:
Bake 45–50 minutes
Center should still be a little jiggle (gooey is good!)
5️⃣ Cool completely before slicing.
Serve warm with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream 😋🔥
